Pay As You Go Pricing

Non-Members will have access to services and facilities usage, including meeting rooms, event hall, studio space, and catering, subject to scheduling availability, on a “Pay as You Go” basis. Remember, you can always become a member at any time or pre-register and pay for your membership later!


Meeting Rooms - Meeting Room prices range from $75 - $125 per hour. A 50% deposit must be made at the time of reservation with the remaining paid upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable for meeting rooms.


Event Space - Event space rental requires a $100 deposit and is $150 per hour. This includes set up, break down, and clean up by Foundation staff. Deposit will be refunded the next business day after the event, provided there are no damages to deduct; which  will be up to 72 hours.


7Seventy Media - The Audio/Visual Rooms are available at $75 per hour (up to 2 hours/day). This includes use of the editing, mixing, and mastering equipment/software during the same time. $10 per 15 minute increment will charged thereafter for exceeding the allotted time; providing  no other client is scheduled. In which case, session must end immediately.


Catering by The Vege-Table - Catering requires a $100 deposit and is $10 per guest with a minimum of 20 guests. Estimated number must be provided in advance and client must pay full amount of estimated guest count at that time. The Vege-Table will prepare enough meals based on the estimated count only. 72 Hour prior notice is required on cancellations for return of fee minus deposit. Deposit will be refunded the next business day after the event provided there are no damages to deduct; in which case, it will 48-72 hours.


Consulting - Consulting by executive staff and partners of The Foundation is $75 per hour for non-members. Consultations include, but are not limited to, implementing content creation strategies, creating marketing plans, creating business plans, creative support, implementation and establishment of fundamental business practices, and more.
